Hi there! I'm Christa. For over 20 years I have studied and practiced the healing modalities of Yoga, Meditation, Fitness, Holistic Wellness and Nutrition. In 2006 I began sharing my experience and training with others through teaching Yoga, and have expanded my training and knowledge base to include various forms of movement including Pilates and Barre, as well as Nutrition Coaching, Reiki and most recently Personal Training. Now more than ever I feel called to help guide and support my clients on their health and wellness journeys through an all-inclusive holistic and integrated approach. Also known as yogic sleep, a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. One hour of yoga nidra can be as restorative as four hours of REM sleep.

I’ve been leading small and large group retreats since 2006. Locations have included Hawaii, Peru and Panama and have incorporated daily yoga with surfing, healthy eating, adventure excursions, volunteer work, massage and body work.
